Associate, Real Estate Exchange Specialist

The Associate, Ares Real Estate Exchange Specialist role is all about providing support for 1031 and 721 exchange products. You’ll work closely with financial advisors and investors to help them navigate tax-deferred real estate solutions. This position requires strong communication skills and a knack for managing transactions. What You’ll Do

• Become an expert on 1031 exchanges and Ares real estate funds
• Communicate the benefits of the AREX platform to advisors and investors
• Work with the distribution team to turn opportunities into transactions
• Engage in outreach to support business development
• Manage transactions from start to finish
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth execution

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• Experience in financial services is a must
• Knowledge of real estate and 1031 exchanges is a big plus
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to travel
