What You’ll Do
- Help create reports for investors and management.
- Participate in asset valuation processes.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities and build financial models.
- Assist in drafting strategic business plans.
- Support transaction due diligence and assist in closings.
What You Need
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Good understanding of real estate product types.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Argus, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong business writing ability.
- Self-managed and able to work independently.
