What You’ll Do
- Evaluate deals through market research and financial analysis
- Manage the deal process from approval to closing
- Assist in asset management and strategic planning
- Monitor asset performance and recommend solutions
- Support business development and relationship building
What You Need
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
- 1 to 5 years of experience in investment or asset management
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Critical thinking and business acumen
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
