Associate, Relationship Management

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their West Region Relationship Management team in Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain relationships with institutional investors while supporting senior team members in various tasks. What You’ll Do

• Support senior relationship managers in marketing Ares’ investment strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for key institutional investors.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential investors.
• Organize fundraising events and roadshows.
• Track investor interactions and maintain records in Salesforce.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Management.
• 2-4+ years of experience in investment or financial services.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
