Associate, Return Seeking Investing

The Return Seeking Associate role at Apollo Global Management involves working closely with Israeli insurance clients to manage private investments. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, preparing investment materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations. What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with Israeli insurance clients to understand their needs.
• Prepare and present investment summaries to help clients make informed decisions.
• Coordinate governance and prepare necessary materials for investment approvals.
• Work with internal teams to structure deals that meet client requirements.
• Analyze and track capital activity and investment performance metrics.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in investment roles related to insurance or asset management.
• Experience with alternative investments and private investments is a must.
• Understanding of fixed income principles and capital markets.
• Familiarity with Solvency II regulations and the Prudent Person Principle.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to defend investment proposals.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Excel, and PowerPoint for data manipulation and reporting.
• Fluency in English, Hebrew, and one other language.
