Associate, RISE Fund – Venture Investing

Tether.io is looking for an Investment Associate for their RISE Fund, a role that offers the chance to dive into private equity and venture capital investments. You’ll work closely with senior team members, helping with everything from deal execution to portfolio management. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full lifecycle of investment transactions
• Conduct due diligence and synthesize findings into analysis
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee meetings
• Manage relationships with portfolio companies post-investment
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs
• Help improve investment processes and systems

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) preferred
• CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required
• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with financial tools and portfolio management systems
• Understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics
