Associate, Secondaries Investing

Hamilton Lane is looking for an Associate in Secondaries to join their team. In this role, you’ll evaluate secondary investments and lead financial analysis for private equity transactions. You’ll also prepare investment memoranda and conduct due diligence. This position offers a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate secondary investments in private equity funds and companies.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis for transactions.
• Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.
• Conduct due diligence calls and meetings.
• Monitor existing investments and assist with client materials.
• Mentor and lead Analysts on the team.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar fields.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling.
• Ability to conduct industry research and write clear investment memoranda.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in private equity investing.
