What You’ll Do
- Build Excel models to value companies and funds.
- Help prepare deal memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Engage with private equity managers and company management during due diligence.
- Coordinate with other teams on investment opportunities.
- Assist in closing deals with legal counsel and other parties.
What You Need
- Curious and eager to learn about businesses and investments.
- Strong academic background, with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in financial modeling and transactional processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in deal execution is a plus.
