You’ll work closely with various teams and have the chance to represent GIC in important discussions. What You’ll Do
- Build Excel models to value companies and funds.
- Prepare deal memos and assist in presentations.
- Represent GIC during due diligence and monitoring.
- Coordinate with other teams on investment opportunities.
- Assist in deal closing with legal counsel.
What You Need
- A curious mindset and a passion for understanding businesses.
- A strong academic background, with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling and transactional processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in deal execution is a plus.
