Associate, Sourcing

Alpine Investors is looking for a Sourcing Associate to join their team in Austin. This role involves researching markets, reaching out to business owners, and evaluating investment opportunities. What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential markets for investment
• Create lists of prospective companies and their executives
• Reach out to CEOs/Owners to gauge interest in selling
• Evaluate potential investments for growth opportunities
• Present market research to internal stakeholders
• Participate in team activities and bonding events

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, or sales
• 2+ years of experience in deal sourcing or business development
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Curious mindset and a desire to learn
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments
• Relationship-driven
