What You’ll Do
- Support the setup of investment companies with various teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax standards for SPVs.
- Prepare and organize board briefings regularly.
- Manage relationships with service providers and banking partners.
- Maintain accurate records for directorships and governance.
- Assist in managing SPV-related costs and budgets.
- Help with compliance and KYC requirements.
What You Need
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in corporate services or law.
- Part or fully qualified CSIS or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Private Equity is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
