$103B The Associate, SPV Management role at General Atlantic involves supporting the tracking and operation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) related to investments. You will coordinate workflows with various stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and assist in portfolio management. What You’ll Do
- Support the formation of investment companies in various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with deal teams to ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and organize board briefings and coordinate inputs from stakeholders.
- Assist in portfolio management activities from a governance perspective.
- Maintain records related to directorships and compliance documentation.
- Support cost management and budgeting for SPVs.
- Help with KYC requirements and other compliance tasks.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
What You Need
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate services provider or law firm.
- Part or fully qualified CSIS or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Private Equity is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
