Associate/Senior Analyst, Real Estate Investment

CapitaLand is looking for an Associate/Senior Analyst to join their Southeast Asia investment team. In this role, you’ll help identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across the region. You’ll be involved in everything from financial modeling to transaction execution and market research. What You’ll Do

• Support the investment team in finding and evaluating real estate opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial models and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction processes.
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct market research on real estate trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in evaluating capital sources and joint venture structures.
• Support regular reporting and investment tracking.

What You Need

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in real estate investment or related fields.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good analytical and commercial judgment.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
