This role involves supporting the structuring of private investments and participating in rating agency interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing securitizations and will be responsible for building cash flow models and screening investment opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Support structuring private investments for insurance balance sheets
- Participate in rating agency calls and track methodology changes
- Build and maintain cash flow models for asset-based transactions
- Screen potential investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
- Prepare investment committee memos and screening materials
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- 2-4 years of experience in analyzing CLO or ABS securitizations
- Familiarity with rating agency processes is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Intex
- Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
