Associate, Ecosperity Program Management

The Associate/Senior Associate role at Temasek’s Ecosperity team is a 12-month contract position focused on sustainability communications. You’ll help develop and execute strategies to promote Ecosperity’s initiatives, manage media engagements, and create content. What You’ll Do

• Help create and execute a communications strategy for Ecosperity.
• Work with a communications agency to manage media engagements.
• Support the development of narratives for high-level discussions.
• Create content for Ecosperity’s communication channels.
• Act as a liaison for marketing and communications collaborations.
• Keep the Ecosperity website updated.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, including using AI.
• Collaborate with other teams on various projects.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or economics.
• 1-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sustainability.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Good project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with core IT applications and basic AI knowledge.
• Team player with a strong interest in sustainability.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
