Associate, Infrastructure & Real Assets Investing

StepStone Group is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Infrastructure & Real Assets team in Sydney. This role involves supporting research and risk management for investments in infrastructure. You’ll be analyzing investment opportunities, creating financial models, and preparing materials for clients. What You’ll Do

• Analyze existing and potential investments in infrastructure.
• Support risk management systems for investments.
• Create research and marketing materials for investors.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis tasks.
• Conduct research and due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Power BI.

What You Need

• 3 to 6 years of experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
