S$518B Temasek is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Institutional Relations team for a 12-month contract. This role involves tracking strategic issues, supporting stakeholder engagements, and coordinating logistics for visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in international relations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Track and monitor strategic issues that may affect Temasek’s investment space.
- Plan and support visits by foreign government and corporate stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for stakeholder engagements.
- Provide administrative support for key engagement platforms.
- Maintain and update stakeholder databases and reporting tools.
- Work closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
What You Need
- Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in international relations, government relations, public policy, stakeholder engagement, or corporate affairs.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work well in a team.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
