What You’ll Do
- Analyze business drivers and industry trends to evaluate investment opportunities
- Participate in due diligence and develop insights on key investment factors
- Create clear materials for the Investment Committee highlighting risks and rewards
- Build and review financial models for valuation and scenario analysis
- Monitor portfolio companies to identify value creation opportunities
What You Need
- Degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity, M&A, investment banking, or similar
- Strong skills in transaction due diligence and financial modeling
- Good understanding of valuation methods and investment fundamentals
- Ability to grasp business models and industry dynamics quickly
- Excellent analytical skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills to present complex ideas clearly
