Associate, Investment Team – Venture Investing

Ardan Equity is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Investment Team. This role involves supporting deal execution, sourcing, and portfolio management in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking or consulting, along with a passion for healthcare technology. What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth analysis and due diligence on potential investments.
• Create detailed investment memos to support decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Engage in sector and company-level analysis.
• Support investment sourcing efforts and manage CRM.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with management teams and external parties.
• Contribute to growth initiatives with portfolio companies.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, math, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
• Experience in Healthcare IT or Pharma Tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Highly motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
