What You’ll Do
- Help maintain and update the Cost of Capital framework for investment evaluations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the CoC framework.
- Work on performance metrics and methodologies to enhance reporting.
- Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy for performance calculations.
- Generate investment performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in reporting.
- Automate data workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with tech teams to enhance performance analytics processes.
What You Need
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Good communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Experience with Python for data tasks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools is advantageous.
