Associate/Senior Associate, Product Management & Investor Relations

The Associate/Senior Associate role at StepStone Group is a key position within their Product Management team. This role focuses on supporting the infrastructure and real assets platform, engaging with investors, and managing communications throughout the fund lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure a high-quality investor experience and contribute to the firm’s growth in private markets.

What You’ll Do

• Help create and manage investor communications and marketing materials
• Respond to investor requests and due diligence inquiries
• Work with various teams to ensure smooth investor relations processes
• Analyze industry trends and conduct research on assets
• Coordinate logistics for client events and meetings

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in infrastructure and real assets or financial services
• Strong background in investor relations, analytics, and presentations
• Experience at a private markets asset manager or investment bank is a plus
