In this role, you’ll help identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across the region. You’ll be involved in everything from financial modeling to transaction execution and market research. What You’ll Do
- Support the investment team in finding and evaluating real estate opportunities.
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for investments.
- Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction processes.
- Prepare presentations and investment papers for senior management.
- Conduct market research on real estate trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in evaluating capital sources and joint venture structures.
- Support regular reporting and investment tracking.
What You Need
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Accountancy, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
