Associate, Singapore Market – Growth Venture Investing

Temasek is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate for a 12-month contract focused on the Singapore market. This role involves engaging with key policy stakeholders and supporting the development of strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in public policy or government relations and a keen interest in how policies impact business and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with key policy stakeholders
• Develop strategies to engage with important stakeholders
• Organize and manage engagement platforms
• Monitor and analyze public policies relevant to Temasek
• Support plans to address strategic policy issues
• Coordinate meetings and discussions across teams

What You Need

• Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in government relations or public policy
• Knowledge of protocol management is a plus
• Strong interest in how policies and business intersect
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships in public and private sectors
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
