Associate, Sustainable Solutions

Temasek is looking for passionate individuals to join their Sustainable Solutions team as Associates or Senior Associates. This role involves supporting decarbonization efforts and exploring innovative clean energy technologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives and contribute to a net-zero future.

What You’ll Do

• Support the team in finding solutions to decarbonize Temasek’s portfolio
• Research and analyze new technology areas related to decarbonization
• Engage with stakeholders to validate problem statements
• Focus on technology innovation and ecosystem initiatives

What You Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledgeable about clean energy technologies and markets
• Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
• Experience in project management and execution
• Familiarity with financial modeling and investment analysis is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
