What You’ll Do
- Help scout for promising startups to join the accelerator.
- Manage and organize data for effective acquisition strategies.
- Communicate with potential startups and guide them through the application process.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to admissions.
- Run campaigns from start to finish.
What You Need
- 1-3 years of experience in venture capital or an accelerator.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Experience in reviewing and preparing pitch decks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Entrepreneurship.
- Experience in startup scouting.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and a heavy workload.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools for outreach.
