This role involves supporting sustainability initiatives and working closely with investment teams to integrate sustainability into their processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and relevant experience, and will play a key role in driving sustainability efforts across the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Support investment teams with sustainability research
- Help create sustainability reports and presentations
- Engage with portfolio companies on sustainability topics
- Coordinate with external sustainability vendors
- Monitor sustainability risks across portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams for investor requests
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in Banking, Research, Consulting, Finance, or Sustainability
- Strong interest in sustainability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage projects independently
