Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcer Digital Infrastructure

Ares Management is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join their recruitment team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates, helping to build strong talent pipelines for their growing Digital Infrastructure platform. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters and business leaders to understand talent needs and improve recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source talent through research and outreach
• Support hiring initiatives in digital infrastructure
• Build candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels
• Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders
• Act as a brand ambassador for Ares

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
• 3-5 years of talent sourcing experience
• Experience in technical fields like engineering or project management is a plus
• Proficient in LinkedIn Boolean searches
• Previous Workday experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with a positive attitude
