Associate, U.S. Real Estate Equity

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their U.S. Real Estate Equity team. In this role, you’ll be involved in assessing real estate investments, conducting financial analyses, and supporting asset management. This is a great opportunity for someone with a finance background who is eager to grow in the real estate sector.

What You’ll Do

• Create detailed financial models for real estate investments
• Conduct thorough due diligence on properties and markets
• Analyze capital structures and business plans
• Evaluate property characteristics and market demand
• Support asset management and investment sales processes

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• 2-4 years of finance experience, preferably in real estate investment banking or private equity
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ARGUS is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high integrity
