Associate, Europe UK Buyout Investing

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their Institutional sales team in London. This role involves supporting capital raising efforts, collaborating with product specialists, and managing investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or investor relations and a good understanding of financial markets. What You’ll Do

• Support the EMEA institutional sales team in raising capital.
• Work with product specialists to prepare materials for clients.
• Manage investor research and create presentations.
• Keep track of product performance and provide updates.
• Assist with operational support for marketing and events.
• Maintain Salesforce/CRM data and activity.
• Provide excellent client service and support.
• Help onboard clients and coordinate fundraising efforts.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or investor relations in alternative asset management.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
• Fluency in a European language is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and private markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
