Associate, Valuation

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Valuation Associate to join their team. In this role, you’ll help manage the valuation of their co-investment and credit portfolio. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external auditors, ensuring accurate and timely valuations. This position offers a chance to grow your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work with internal teams to gather data for valuations
• Ensure valuations are integrated into internal reports
• Manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Present analyses to internal committees
• Review third-party valuation models
• Collaborate with external auditors on valuation questions
• Design financial models for various analyses
• Handle special projects as assigned

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of related business valuation or project management work experience
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience in solving complex problems
• Previous audit or valuation experience is a plus
• Master’s degree or CFA progress is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
