Associate, Value Add Investments

LaSalle Investment Management is looking for an Associate to join their Value Add Investments team in London. This role involves supporting asset and portfolio management, analyzing investment opportunities, and preparing materials for client presentations. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate private equity or investment banking and be proficient in financial modeling. What You’ll Do

• Support the team with asset and portfolio management tasks.
• Analyze investment opportunities and perform detailed due diligence.
• Prepare materials for investment committee discussions and client presentations.
• Interact with external advisors and coordinate with internal departments.
• Oversee financial analysis and strategic asset management reporting.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate private equity or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of property fundamentals across various asset classes.
• Proficient in Excel financial modeling and experienced in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with complex capital structures like preferred equity and mezzanine financing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• European languages are a plus, but not required.
