Associate, Value Creation – Japan Human Capital Center

KKR is looking for an Associate to lead their Human Capital Center in Tokyo. This role involves working closely with portfolio companies to enhance employee engagement and drive ownership culture. What You’ll Do

• Drive improvements in employee engagement and ownership culture.
• Work with portfolio companies to implement talent management frameworks.
• Analyze data to provide insights on human capital metrics.

• Localize strategies for building ownership culture in Japan.

What You Need

• 3-5+ years in management consulting or investment portfolio operations.
• Strong communication skills to work with executives.
• Proactive and strategic thinker with analytical skills.
• Native proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in organizational design and human capital leadership is a plus.
