Associate, Private Equity/Venture Capital Investing

Securitize is looking for an Associate in Private Equity/Venture Capital to join their team. This role involves managing accounting data for client engagements and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fund accounting and a keen interest in private investments and cryptocurrency. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain accounting data for client engagements.
• Ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
• Reconcile portfolio and cash activity.
• Prepare quarterly net asset value reports.
• Draft annual financial statements and coordinate audits.
• Communicate with clients to address their requests.

What You Need

• 3+ years in fund accounting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with cryptocurrency assets is a plus.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are desirable but not mandatory.
