Associate, Venture Capital Investing

UVC Partners is looking for a full-time Investment Associate to join their team in Munich. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire investment process, supporting portfolio companies and building your own network. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and startups to grow their career in venture capital.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the entire investment process, from sourcing to closing deals.
• Support and develop portfolio companies, including follow-on financing.
• Build your own network to scout for the next breakout founders.
• Contribute to fund strategy, research, and internal innovation.

What You Need

• A technical university degree in STEM, engineering, or computer science.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or top-tier consulting.
• Strong analytical and first-principles thinking skills.
• A growth mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
• A team player who is empathetic, communicative, and self-driven.
• A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the startup world.
