Associate, Venture Capital Investing

UVC Partners is looking for a full-time Investment Associate to join their team in Munich. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire investment process, from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and innovation to grow their career in venture capital.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the entire investment process from sourcing to closing deals.
• Support and develop portfolio companies, including follow-on financing.
• Build your own network to scout for the next breakout founders.
• Contribute to fund strategy, research, and internal innovation.

What You Need

• Technical university degree in STEM, engineering, or computer science.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or top-tier consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think from first principles.
• Growth mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
• Team player who is empathetic and communicative.
• Genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the startup world.
