What You’ll Do

  • Source and evaluate new investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Support portfolio companies with performance tracking
  • Assist in fund administration and reporting
  • Prepare materials for investment committees

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of experience in investing, consulting, or investment banking
  • Strong belief in diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude
  • Strong integrity and good judgment
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
