Associate, Venture Investing

You’ll be involved in sourcing and executing investments, conducting due diligence, and working closely with portfolio companies to drive value. What You’ll Do

• Prepare investment memos and business summaries.
• Research market dynamics and competitive positions of investment targets.
• Manage third-party due diligence providers.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling.
• Assist with legal documentation and post-closing issues.
• Source new investment opportunities.
• Support post-close value creation initiatives.

What You Need

• 1-4 years of experience in investment or finance.
• Strong academic background.
• Experience in software investment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborative environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
