Associate, Venture Investing

Decile Group is looking for a Venture Associate to support emerging venture capital firms. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for fund managers, helping them navigate their needs and connect with resources. It’s a dynamic position that blends relationship management with a focus on customer success in the venture capital space.

What You’ll Do

• Be the main contact for a group of venture capital managers.
• Understand their needs and help them use our resources.
• Coordinate with different teams to provide support.
• Track interactions and outcomes using our tools.
• Identify ways to improve the manager experience.
• Stay updated on the venture ecosystem.

What You Need

• 3+ years in customer success or account management.
• 1-2+ years in venture capital or related fields.
• Comfortable with digital tools and software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
