Associates will work closely with the Director of Private Equity, gaining hands-on experience in investment analysis and strategy development.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and implementing investment strategies by analyzing market trends and historical returns.
- Monitor and manage a diverse portfolio of private equity and venture investments.
- Help select new investments by identifying promising managers and conducting due diligence.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports and present findings to the investment team.
- Track performance and asset allocation levels relative to targets.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or investment management.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a good understanding of investment concepts.
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis and accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Self-starter who can work independently and communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
