Associate, Venture Investing

Possible Ventures is looking for an Associate to join their investment team in Munich. This role offers a chance to identify and support the next generation of deep tech pioneers. You’ll be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, building relationships with founders, and contributing to the firm’s investment strategies. What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead calls with founders and manage due diligence.
• Build a network in the deep tech ecosystem.
• Support founders with strategic guidance and introductions.
• Develop investment theses in emerging tech areas.

What You Need

• Strong understanding of technology and business models.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent academic background in a STEM field.
• Passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to build strong relationships with founders.
• Fluent in English and German.
