Associate, Venture Investing

Possible Ventures is looking for an Associate to join their investment team in Munich. This role offers a chance to identify and support the next generation of deep tech pioneers. You’ll be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, building networks, and providing support to founders. What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead calls with founders and manage due diligence.
• Build a network in the deep tech ecosystem.
• Support founders with strategic guidance and introductions.
• Develop investment theses in emerging tech areas.

What You Need

• Strong understanding of technology and business models.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent academic background in a STEM field.
• Passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to build strong relationships with founders.
• Fluent in English and German.
