Associate, Venture Investing

This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of venture capital and work closely with both the investment team and portfolio companies. You’ll be involved in sourcing deals, conducting research, and supporting strategic initiatives, all while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in consumer and tech sectors.
• Conduct market research and build a deal pipeline.
• Support the investment process including financial analysis and memo preparation.
• Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives.
• Assist in fundraising preparation and financial analysis.
• Help manage cap tables and investor reporting.
• Support high-priority projects and firm operations.
• Monitor trends to identify new investment opportunities.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience preparing investment memos and diligence materials.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
