Associate, Venture Investing

Telescope Partners is looking for an Associate to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and eager to learn about growth investing in B2B software companies. You’ll be involved in thematic research, investment sourcing, and supporting portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Support thematic research and market analysis.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Contribute to portfolio management and support portfolio companies.
• Engage with customers and market participants to gather insights.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics for software companies.
• Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ambition and high performance.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Curious about artificial intelligence and eager to learn.
