Associate, Venture Investing

VC Lab is looking for a Venture Associate to support emerging venture capital firms. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for fund managers, helping them navigate their needs and connect with resources. It’s a dynamic position that combines relationship management with a focus on customer success in the venture capital space.

What You’ll Do

• Be the main contact for a group of venture capital managers.
• Understand their needs and help them use our resources effectively.
• Coordinate with different teams to provide timely support.
• Track interactions and follow-ups using our tools.
• Identify ways to improve the experience for fund managers.
• Stay updated on the venture ecosystem to enhance our offerings.

What You Need

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client operations.
• 1-2+ years in venture capital, fund administration, or startup finance.
• Comfortable with digital tools and learning new software quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Proactive and self-directed with a detail-oriented mindset.
