What You’ll Do
- Work with the investment team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments.
- Assist in deal documentation and negotiations.
- Produce investment research and memos.
- Help manage and support portfolio companies post-investment.
What You Need
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- 4+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
- Experience with deal execution and portfolio management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and Excel.
