Associate, Venture Investor

Galaxy is looking for an Associate, Venture Investor to join their team in New York. This role involves working on the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to supporting portfolio companies. You’ll be part of a small, high-conviction team focused on the intersection of finance and digital assets. What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and investors
• Develop investment theses through market research
• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Conduct in-depth due diligence
• Perform financial analysis and modeling
• Prepare and present investment memos
• Support portfolio companies on strategy and initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance and key metrics

What You Need

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Prior venture capital or growth equity investing experience preferred
• Strong interest in crypto, fintech, and software ecosystems
• Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Tireless work ethic to support the team
