Associate VP, FM Global Private Equity – Real Assets

The Associate VP role at Carlyle involves supporting the Fund CFO with various operations related to US Real Estate funds. You’ll be responsible for investor reporting, financial modeling, and assisting in fundraising efforts. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external investors.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Fund CFO with US Real Estate funds
• Handle investor reporting and portfolio operations
• Assist in budgeting and financial modeling
• Interact with investors and support fundraising efforts
• Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews
• Review financial statements and compliance

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of private equity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
