Associate Vice President, Portfolio Analytics

Ares Management is looking for an Associate Vice President in Portfolio Analytics to join their dynamic Finance team in New York. This role involves supervising a team, assisting with investment deals, and preparing investor reports. The ideal candidate will have extensive financial experience and a strong understanding of private equity. What You’ll Do

• Supervise and develop a team of analysts and associates
• Assist in deal closings and portfolio construction
• Review quarterly investment report valuations
• Prepare documentation for investor reports
• Coordinate investment amendments with professionals
• Participate in investment update calls

What You Need

• B.S. degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 7+ years of related financial experience
• 2+ years at a Private Fund or Secondaries firm
• Strong management and relationship-building skills
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated
