Associate, Wealth Management Solutions

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their Wealth Management Solutions team in APAC. This role is all about supporting business development and building relationships with private wealth clients. You’ll be involved in onboarding, client reviews, and helping with marketing efforts. What You’ll Do

• Support business development efforts for the APAC team.
• Build and manage relationships with private banks and family offices.
• Assist with client onboarding and reviews.
• Help with product collateral and translations.
• Conduct competitor analysis in the investment space.
• Generate reports on sales activities using CRM tools.
• Support marketing initiatives and collateral development.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in distribution, business development, or client servicing.
• Strong relationship-building skills and client service focus.
• Understanding of alternative investment strategies.
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business Mandarin.
