In this role, you’ll support the firm’s various funds and client agreements, working closely with internal teams and outside counsel. What You’ll Do
- Oversee outside counsel in drafting and negotiating fund documents.
- Work with teams to structure and launch new funds.
- Provide strategic advice to internal clients and leadership.
- Interface with clients and their counsel on fund matters.
- Manage negotiations and closings for investor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with securities and tax laws.
- Handle regulatory filings and applications.
What You Need
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. Law school.
- Licensed to practice in at least one state.
- 4-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Knowledge of corporate and partnership law.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive work ethic and team player.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
