What You’ll Do
- Lead deal execution and act as the main contact for all parties involved.
- Provide financial due diligence and structuring advice for private asset classes.
- Manage cash and liquidity while collaborating with treasury specialists.
- Work with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Review valuations and performance analytics for various assets.
- Support the Regional Head in implementing transformation programs.
- Identify and improve workflow processes to enhance efficiency.
What You Need
- At least 6 years of experience in deal finance advisory and transaction management.
- Experience in Private Equity/Debt, Credit, or Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of deal closing mechanics and investment structuring.
- A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- Ideally a qualified accountant with Big 4 training.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
