What You’ll Do
- Work closely with investment teams and external advisors during investment and divestment activities.
- Provide financial insights on holding structures and funding mechanisms.
- Oversee the maintenance of the investment holding platform.
- Manage financial due diligence and review findings.
- Monitor financial controls for asset operations.
- Analyze surplus cash and lead cash repatriation initiatives.
- Conduct market valuations for private investments.
- Support finance improvement initiatives and advanced analytics.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, or equivalent, ideally with CPA qualification.
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3-4 years in Audit or Transaction Advisory.
- Experience with an asset manager or private equity firm is preferred.
- Strong understanding of deal closing mechanisms.
- Exceptional team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
